WHAT MEMBERSHIPS DO YOU OFFER?
We are keeping things simple and offering two memberships:
Premium - Unlimited sessions and open gym.
Core - 3 classes or open gym sessions per week.
All members will receive exclusive loyalty benefits and quarterly goals & reviews, all packaged within a monthly rolling contract.

WHAT CLASS TYPES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer four class types at CrossFit Disruption:
🏋️♂️ CrossFit Classes: High intensity training that combines a variety of exercises and movements to improve strength, conditioning and overall fitness.
🏋️♀️ Olympic Lifting Classes: Our weekly speciality class, allowing you to spend more time on the clean & jerk and snatch to help fine tune your technique and build strength.
🤝 Community Throwdown: Our weekly team workout! Work together and push harder in these fun throwdowns.
🏃 Sunday Metcon: Our newest weekly class designed to build technique and increase capacity across core monostructural movements. Expect to see challenges with varying time domains focused on running and ergs such as rowers, ski ergs & assault bikes.
💪 Open Gym: All the same CrossFit Disruption vibe, but your choice on what you do. This is the perfect session to focus on an area you want to develop or catch up on a session you missed! A coach will always be present in these sessions to offer guidance if needed.

IS THERE PARKING?
We have parking on-site infront of our unit and have agreed overflow parking with some of our neighbours in the mornings, evenings & weekends (Eibach/ Phil Holden Fasteners) however weekday daytime classes (10am) may require you to park further down on the residential estate and cut through.
