Head coaches Ben & Bryn follow the CrossFit training methodology to create unique programming cycles. Designed to progress members through different functional fitness and weight-lifting movements, you will improve your performance, strength and technique each week. All classes will have appropriate variations to suit all fitness capabilites and are capped to a maximum of 14 people (except community throwdowns). This ensures that CFD members receive an effective, high level of coaching in every session.
Classes we offer
🏋️♂️ CrossFit Classes: High intensity training that combines a variety of exercises and movements to improve strength, conditioning and overall fitness.
🏋️♀️ Olympic Lifting Classes: Our weekly speciality class, allowing you to spend more time on the clean & jerk and snatch to help fine tune your technique and build strength.
🤝 Community Throwdown: Our weekly team workout! Work together and push harder in these fun throwdowns. We'll put you in to teams when you arrive - it's a great way to get to know fellow members and have fun.
🏃 Sunday Metcon: Our newest weekly class designed to build technique and increase capacity across core monostructural movements. Expect to see challenges with varying time domains focused on running and ergs such as rowers, ski ergs & assault bikes.
💪 Open Gym: All the same CrossFit Disruption vibe, but your choice on what you do. This is the perfect session to focus on an area you want to develop or catch up on a session you missed! A coach will always be present in these sessions to offer guidance if needed.
